I think it's 4 years in a university and you have to be a bachelors of nursing, after the 4 years then you have to write a test. It used to be easier and shorter a long time ago and you only had to go to college. I wonder why we have a shortage of nurses now?

Your school and work credentials will have to be evaluated by the Nursing Board to tell you whether you need to take some schooling or not. Most graduates of foreign schools outside of North America are advised to take college units depending on experience. Marry me. I am single and I would love to marry a nurse. Other ways would be to keep applying. I think you also have to take an exam to work there.
