is there a adn jobs offer now in canada?as adn nurse, am i qualified to take a canadian nurse licence exam?
i finish my associate degree nursing in philippines, and im working on my papers now to be in canada and take this said exam c.r.n.e. am i qualified to take this exam as adn nurse ?thanks so much

Not likely. Standards and practices are sufficiently different that your Philippine qualifications won't quite allow you to take any Canadian exams. You would need to check with the nursing association of whatever province applies to you. Canada has about 1 and a half million (yes, that's 1,500,000) unemployed citizens some of whom are nurses. What few jobs there may be won't go to foreigners but to one of our own people so you're up against a lot of other Canadian nurses.

No you need to have your BSN to qualify as a nurse in Canada.

I agree with the other answers, a Bachelor's is now the minimum to become a nurse in Canada before taking the CRNE (Canadian license exam). The USA still accepts associate's degrees however, so if you don't want to study another two years for a BSn then you could try there. Good luck.
