Is it easy for a US graduate to get a job as a registered nurse in Canada?

Not sure about working in Canada as an RN but you can check with the National Council of State Boards of Nursing or www.ncsbn.com From there you can contact them and inquire they probably can give you more info on the procedures you have to go about in doing so. Hope this helps some!
