Go to the website : Google Ontario Nurses Association website it should give you more information as how to do it.

You need to contact the college of nurses for the province you wish to live in and they will have the neccessary forms for applying for licensure. You will have to have your education and experience evaluated and pass the CRNE which is the national licensing exam. Many provinces in Canada are requiring a BSN for licensure. Check out allnurses.com for more information. You also will have to apply to immigration for the proper visa as well.
